Abstract

In this meta-analysis spanning the years 2011 to 2021, we explored the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational commitment. Utilizing a Random-Effects Model, we assessed homogeneity in effect sizes through Q statistics and I-Square, prompting a detailed investigation of reporting bias. Our approach encompassed both graphical and statistical methods, including Rosenthal’s failsafe N for sampling bias estimation, Begg & Mazumdar rank correlation test for selection process bias, Egger's linear regression for funnel plot asymmetry and reporting bias association, and Funnel plot with trim-and-fill techniques for detecting availability bias. Additionally, we conducted an outlier check using a Galbraith plot. Our findings robustly support the positive impact of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment.
